Welcome to The Model Sanctuary (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website, applying to join our private waitlist, or interacting with our digital channels, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or submit an application.

1. Eligibility & The Vetting Process

The Model Sanctuary is an exclusive, private peer-to-peer community built strictly for active, working professional fashion models.

  • By submitting an intake form, you represent and warrant that you are a working fashion model (either signed or independent).

  • We reserve the absolute right to approve or deny any applicant based on our sole discretion and verification process.

  • Providing false information, misrepresenting your modeling status, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the community as an agent, booker, photographer, client, or member of the press will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban.

2. Digital Code of Conduct & "The Sanctuary Pact"

If your application is accepted and you are invited into our digital community, group chat, or mobile application, you strictly agree to abide by our community code:

  • Absolute Confidentiality: You agree to maintain a 100% private environment. You are strictly prohibited from taking screenshots, recording screens, downloading, or forwarding text, images, or conversations to anyone outside the community. Leaking group topics or members' private comments to modeling agencies, bookers, clients, or the media is a material breach of these Terms.

  • Zero Drama & Respect: The community is a safe harbor. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy for gossip, bullying, harassment, competition, or passive-aggression.

3. Account & Membership Termination

We protect our community's energy and safety fiercely. We reserve the right to immediately revoke your access, terminate your membership, and remove you from all digital group chats and app channels at any time, without warning, if you violate these Terms or threaten the safety, privacy, and well-being of other members.

4. Intellectual Property

All original content on this website—including logos, copy, branding, images, layouts, design concepts, and the name "The Model Sanctuary"—is the exclusive property of The Model Sanctuary. You may not copy, replicate, or use our branding for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Model Sanctuary provides a platform for peer-to-peer connection and community support. We are not responsible or liable for personal interactions, disputes, or arrangements made independently between members outside of our official hosted events.
